An all Denim look is what I needed to feel comfortable today.
Last few weeks have been super busy and coming weeks aren’t going to be much different. Pankaj is starting his Veterinary Clinic and both of us have been spending every waking moment planning and preparing for that. Both of us are passionate about animals and Pankaj has been a practicing Vet for while. Opening a Veterinary Clinic is our dream for almost a decade now. Finally being able to realize that dream is a very emotional experience for us. Plus all the paper work, finances, construction, purchases and what not, its just crazy!
The most exciting part for me with setting up the clinic is being able to do the interiors. I am not an Interior Designer. Except for a small module on Visual Merchandising in college, I have never done anything close to doing up the interiors of a commercial set up. Needless to say I am super nervous about it. But I am eagerly looking forward to the challenge as well.
All the running around and working with the construction workers is clearly not giving me enough scope to dress up well enough to do a photo shoot. These days I mostly wear comfortable clothes that I don’t mind getting dirty. Today I didn’t have to go to the construction site and instead went looking for furniture. So, I got an opportunity to do a denim look and wear my loop earring! 😉 The weather was a bit cooler due to some rain and therefore I could wear full sleeves. We are not even close to anything that feels like fall yet!
The top that I am wearing has a bardot neckline. But I pulled the neckline up giving it the trendy voluminous sleeve look. It is an old one if you remember from some of my past outfit posts. So are these pleated denims, wore them here the last time on the blog. Only my footwear and the sunglasses are new in the sense that I purchased them this year. This is probably the first time that I have stuck to my new year resolution for so long!
We are almost in September now and my ‘Buy Less Wear More’ mode is still on!
I will be sharing some really comfy outfits in the coming weeks because that will be my go-to look due to the nature of work. But I do look forward to dressing up a little during the weekends. If any of you are Interior Designers please send over some tips, both about interiors and if you got an tips on how to dress on-site. I can really use some help. 🙂
I hope you enjoyed my all Denim look of the day with all the details about our upcoming Pet Clinic.
I will see you soon with another post!
