Hey guys, how are you all? As most of you know I am a fashion designer by profession and have a day job as a designer where I design collections in Corduroy and light-weight denim based on new fashion trends. I often share some of my own designs on my fashion blog and this is another post where I am wearing two corduroy pieces from my latest fashion collection. In this outfit I am mixing corduroy and I absolutely love the comfort I get from this fabric. The dress is made out of a light-weight corduroy fabric and the jacket (inspired by the denim jacket style) is slightly heavier and works great as a cover-up for chilly days. I wanted a slightly dressy look as corduroy is always known more as a casual fabric, so I wore danglers and necklace in antique gold and gave myself a hair-up do. A pair of high heels pumps kind of completed the look.

I am always into mixing comfort and style and I think this outfit absolutely fits into my requirement. The fabric I am wearing is comfortable and the styling is kind of dressy. This is not the kind of outfit I will wear to a party of course, but a dinner out with friends is the right occasion to pull of something like this.

I am loving the fact that there is a slight chill in the air lately and we get to wear some winter clothes. How is the climate like in your area?

Thank you for reading and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on my designs and styling of this outfit! 🙂
