I am glad I am getting back to my regular posting habit on the blog. As much as I hate it, it is difficult to stick to a routine. I try hard but I am the only one working on my blog at the moment. Though I do get a lot of help from Pankaj in photography and proof reading once in a while (he also writes the travel and lifestyle section), he can’t devote much time due to his own professional obligations. Without a team it gets tough to manage everything and it is still quite early for me to get a team. There are days I fall sick or lack motivation. There are days when the weather decides to play up spoiling my plans.
In short, blogging is definitely not a piece of cake (well, I never thought it was!). It’s a full time job in itself and got to be taken seriously.
It’s not like I don’t take blogging seriously. I do and therefore I keep coming back to it despite all odds.
Today I am back again wearing a blue denim slip dress layered over a red turtle neck top.
Actually it is not blue denim, it’s light weight chambray, but I like to call it a blue denim dress because it looks so much like denim! I have worn this denim dress in the past and I am sure you all know, I love repeating my outfits and creating new looks every time I repeat them!
I think I mentioned in my last blog about how bad the weather was the whole of last week. I have also been complaining about the weather on social media quite often these days. Old habits die hard, you know! But we were lucky to get some natural white light amidst all the gloominess.
White light is a photographer’s delight and those of you are into photography will instantly get my point.
We didn’t go too far from home looking for a location because I really would have hated spoiling my outfit in rain. This spot was perfect and complimented my outfit well.
If you like my blue denim dress and red top combination, you can always shop for similar products by clicking on the images at the end of the post. I have also mentioned the brand details, so if you are from India you can directly shop them from the respective brands. So, happy shopping! 🙂
Please pray that the weather behaves itself and I don’t have to go MIA due to rain any more! I will be back soon with a really interesting project in collaboration with some of my blogger buddies.
