Faux Leather for Fall

by

This might be the beginning of my new obsession for faux leather.

Not that I didn’t like faux leather before, but I guess I like the shiny leather look more in winter than in any other season. Also because it’s always too hot to wear anything to do with leather other than in winter. Yes, the flip side of living in a tropical country!

I am so excited to welcome my favorite month of the year! Yay, it’s December!

Another reason I am excited about is to be able to team my faux leather pencil skirt with a bardot top because I still can wear a bardot neckline and not catch a cold. Living in a tropical land does have it’s perks as well. You have definitely seen me wearing this chambray top in a bohemian outfit post earlier on the blog. I have sported the black pencil skirt on my monochrome trend post as well. Do check out the posts for a different version of styling these two pieces of clothing.

In case you guys didn’t know, December is my birth month as well and I celebrate my birthday on the Christmas Day. This seems to be the perfect time to put together a wish list for my birthday and for Christmas, which I will be sharing with you guys in my next post. For now, let me wish you a very happy 1st day of December and a fun weekend ahead!

I love how you’ve styled it with a slightly more loose baggy shirt to make the look more casual. Aleeha xXx http://www.halesaaw.com/
