After staying on a house arrest for almost a week due to illness, it felt wonderful to be able to get out and inhale some fresh air! I might have mentioned before that Guwahati city is surrounded by hills and there’s a lot of greenery all around. Me and Pankaj often take short drives to the outskirts of the city and we love the lush green backdrop for our blog photo shoots. Today was no different when we drove off to a near by green spot and thought it would be just the right background for my distressed denim style today.
I know I have been wearing a lot of denims lately and no, it’s not a conscious decision to change my style to denims. I might have become a bit laid back after moving to Guwahati and that attitude might be reflecting in my personal style. Not that it’s a bad thing to wear denims, it’s just something slightly new for me to post so many denim styles in such a short span of time!
As you all know I am kind of on a shopping ban for a while (so glad I could hold myself from shopping anything new until this long!) and am repeating a lot of my wardrobe pieces. So, it’s quite obvious you have seen all these items earlier. If not, check out the floral printed top on my Casual Summer Style post and the pair of distressed denims on this Bohemian Outfit post. Over all my outfit cannot be called a distressed denim style! But since I haven’t gone very far experimenting on the ripped denim style, this amount of distressed effect is good enough for me as of now!
So, let me know your thoughts on my version of ‘Distressed Denim Style’ while I get back to planning some more posts for the rest of the week! 😉
