Yeah, the pre-monsoon rains have started in my city. It’s a good news coz it has significantly brought down the temperature and the bad news is that it has become all the more difficult to do my fashion outfit photo shoots. But I love my fashion blog way too much to get dampened by the downpour!

Let me share my ‘wet’ story of the photo shoot today. I was super excited to find this cute printed summer boho inspired dress. I styled my boho dress to perfection and headed straight to the outdoor location with my husband Pankaj for a photo shoot. We thought that spot would be just the right one for a boho dress style photo shoot like the one I was wearing. The moment we arrived at the shoot location it started raining heavily and in a few minutes the rain turned into a mini storm! We waited for the rains to stop for almost half an hour. When it didn’t, I decided to take the rain on my stride, walked down and gave my best poses playing with my wet hair going crazy in the wind! So there I was clicking photographs for my Indian street fashion blog under the great Indian monsoon!! 😉 And who says sunglasses are only for the sunny days, in the rain they work wonders in keeping the droplets off your eyes while doing a crazy blog photo shoot!

It all ended well though in a slightly ever less anticipated way. At the end of it all me and Pankaj praised each other for our determination and love for blogging! 🙂

Would love to hear your thoughts on my boho dress style of the day! Until next post! 🙂

I’m curious about how do you manage to look pretty during the monsoon rains! When I go visiting my family in law in Belgium, I already complain of the little thinned and permanent rain! Also, I wanted to make a massive call to all the bloggers in my network, because Nina Ricci’s new perfume “L’Extase” has been censored by Facebook and Google. Share ‪#‎liberateyourfantasies‬, comment it, help L’Extase video ad become viral, and you will be helping not just a Fashion brand, but also the whole group of modern women that want to liberate any fantasy without being restrain. More details in my post: http://www.mgluxurynews.com/posts Thanks a lot in advance!

I don’t know how I managed to click these pics with the wind and heavy downpour! I think a lot of credit goes to my husband who showed his best photography skills at the time of crisis like this 🙂 Thanks a lot for your comment and I will definitely check out your post.
