Hey guys! I am back with a spring nail art I totally love on my nails this season! Of late I have been getting a lot of nail art ideas and will be posting all of them in the next few weeks. If you love to get creative with your nails, don’t forget to check back for some DIY nail art ideas on my blog in the upcoming weeks!
For my nail art of the day I picked three of my favorite Spring nail colors – mustard yellow, mint and white.
Scroll down for a step by step tutorial to achieve this look :
I painted my nails with a bright mustard yellow nail color. The vibrancy of this color acted as a great base to paint on the tiny detailing. I applied three coats of nail paint for a very opaque effect.
I used a Mint color to draw tiny leaves on the mustard yellow background. I find it most comfortable to use a toothpick to draw the intricate designs on nails. You can, however, use whatever tool you are comfortable with.
In the next step I used white nail paint to draw few more tiny leaves in between the mint ones.
And bingo!! My Spring Nail art is ready! Isn’t it extremely simple and equally cute! It just took me half an hour to finish this and most of it was the drying time for the nail paints. I have used fast drying nail paints shopped locally from Indian beauty brands and they are often as good as some of the international brands for half the price! 🙂
Hope you enjoyed my nail art tutorial. Don’t forget to share you photos and experiences if you decide to try this nail art at home 🙂
Enjoy your Friday and the weekend! See you all net week some more interesting posts! 🙂
