TIGER PRINT SWEATER ON REPEAT

I have been talking about Slow Fashion on  Instagram and Facebook lately. I have also mentioned this term on my last Hello 2021 blog post.

Slow Fashion is about going for quality over quantity while making Fashion Purchases. It is about picking timeless pieces instead of blindly following the Fashion Trends of the moment.

I am not new to Slow Fashion. In fact I have talked about it on my blog several times before. I may not have used the term ‘Slow Fashion’ in the past, but I have always shared my reservations about blindly following trends. The recent lockdown made me realize that I have so many clothes in my wardrobe that I haven’t worn even once! And let’s face it, in the current scenario, I don’t think I am going to wear them in the near future!

This year my Fashion motto is ‘Buy Less, wear More’ and am starting with this Tiger Print Sweater that I own for a while now.

I will slowly work my way up and intend to not shop unless it is absolutely necessary or if something comes as a gift!

For now let’s talk a bit about my look of the day. I have already worn this Tiger Print Sweater last year and have shared the look on the blog and social media. Today I teamed it with this little black strappy dress that, once again, I have had for a while. This dress was a gift by Pankaj on my birthday last year. I never got an occasion to wear it either on the blog or in real life.

This Tiger Print Sweater is from H&M and it is quite warm, fluffy and extremely comfortable to wear in winter. I had to buy a size bigger because my size wasn’t available. But it still looks great, and oversize being in trend worked for me! 🙂

I really wish to create more outfits, more videos and get as active as before on my blog, YouTube and Social Media. I do not have a set-up at home to create videos and do photo shoots, and that has always been my biggest limitation. Me and Pankaj are working on putting together a corner for our creative activities. Once that is ready, I will definitely be more productive than ever.

Thank you once again for being wonderful readers and checking on me while I was away. It means a lot!
